'We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. 'The location was absolutely perfect!! My 3 year old loved the little play scape on the beach. This mom was able to relax on the water and she played the whole time. Place was pretty sound proof and clean. All amenities were provided which made it pretty nice to cook our meals in. Check in process was kind of weird. 'The only thing good was this was right on the beach. The condition of the rental was very poor. The windows all had sheer curtains so privacy was an issue. Windows didn’t lock. It was very outdated and run down. It took about 15-20 min to get the water in the shower warm enough to get in. I personally would not stay again'
