'The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed the experience. The same associate/manager who handled both check-in and check-out was consistently rude and unwelcoming. We were barely acknowledged when approaching the desk, and even simple questions were met with annoyance. At check-out, I politely asked how long it would take for the incidental hold to be released, and the response was an eye...

'Especially for non-Americans a typical motel with rooms at floor level with parking space in front of the room door. Clean rooms with WIFI, TV set, coffee magine and fridge. And, of course, A/C. Clean hotel, near to Lambeau stadium and a number of shops. The motel has a restaurant.'

'Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. They are working on repairing the pool and some technology issues like key cards not working on doors for the sides to get back in instead of going around to the front. '

'This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!'
