'We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff. Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually. I expected...
