'I wanted a peaceful, quiet weekend, and the farmhouse was that. The location was restful. The interior was tired and shabby. The furniture was garage sale standard, the appliances were old and inexpensive, the kitchen was ill-equipped, so I didn't want to cook. The outside surroundings were cluttered and unkempt. The windows needed a good cleaning, the leaves needed to be cleaned up, and the blowing plastic film around the buildings was unsightly.'

'The hosts were very nice people and easy to work with. The cabin was a reasonable place to stay for a good price. There were a few mice running around and a cold draft from the north door, so the furnace did run often. Overall, good place for a deer camp like we used it for. '

'Great place, Grandkids loved the cows and chickens. '
