'We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow. 'The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also.'

'Always have stayed at the Bluemont. However, this time, was different. When I booked the reservation almost a year ago, breakfasts were complimentary. One of the reasons I liked staying there. Apparently the hotel has changed hands and they now charge $20 for breakfast. Also there is a charge for overnight parking of $17. Both of these would have been nice to know thru Expedia before the stay because that’s not what I reserved! But because it was Graduation weekend, room rates were ridiculous...
