'No hot food no tv on Friday. Guest left dog in room and dog barked alot. Staff did try to locate them.'

'The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!'

'The female at the front desk was rude and snarky . 😠 The hotel required a physical credit card for deposit. Didn’t seem right. The reason I use Expedia is for security reasons and not giving out my credit card number . Beyond the front dest , I found the hotel clean comfortable and well maintained. Customer service means a lot to me and for this reason I will probably not return unless there’s nowhere else to go .'

'Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. The hotel, itself, was nice, clean and well maintained and very quiet. The staff was the best I've experienced in my travels. So very friendly and helpful. Definitely got that small town feel. LOVED it!!'

'The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!'

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'
