'There was no ice bucket in the room to get ice. Breakfast is advertised as grab & go so I suggest you peel the boiled eggs. That's hard to do if you're on the go. There were plenty of towels in the room. I suggest you have some information available in the room about local places to eat and visit. I appreciate the shampoo and body wash mounted on the wall in the shower.'

'Brandie checked us in and was personable, courteous and professional. She brought us a rollaway, as asked, right away. Our room was spotless and the work-out room and pool were fabulous! There was a wide variety of good food for breakfast including waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, link sausages and various pastries. Our favorite were the little blueberry and lemon poppyseed scones. Thank you for the excellent service. We will definitely stay here again!'

'Was unable to checkout early. Hotel said I needed to contact Expedia to do that. Expedia bounced me back to the hotel. Was charged for a night I didn't stay.'

'This is a nice resort for Northern Alabama. Has everything you need and is close by a bunch of good places to eat. The view of the dam is pretty good. The food and atmosphere at the in hotel restaurant is good.'
