'Just an absolute Southern delight. The grand lobby furnishings, 2nd floor lobby - Oriental carpets, decor and tapestries all 1st class. Guest amenities and breakfast were very good. Desk staff offered Southern hospitality!'

'Checkin was easy! Poor lady at the front desk had been working for 26hrs and had another 24 because there was no one else. She was very kind and gracious even though she was exhausted. I hope her manager appreciates her. The rooms were nice and clean but the shampoo pumps do not work well. Margaritas nearby was a plus. '

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'Just a few hundred feet off the highway, lots of parking, beautiful hotel with a wonferful breakfast. The most comfy beds we slept in our entire 2 week vacation across the southeast.'

'Leuk hotel, wel langs een drukke weg. Goede schone kamers en enkele restaurants op loopafstand, alleen zijn er geen voetpaden, dus uitkijken.'
