'The bed was not comfortable but the stay was wonderful!'

'This is an older, well-kept and maintained property. Looked as if it had been recently repainted. My bathroom and shower were impeccably clean and everything worked. Remember, this is a Best Western just off a major interstate, so it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but the bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and nice pillows, TV works, etc. No complaints about the room. 'Everything was nice!'

'The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the breakfast. It says it’s a hot breakfast buffet but it’s more like continental breakfast if I can even call it that. The only hot food was the waffles and a toast. You couldn’t even heat up the oatmeal because the microwave was not there for your use. I was particularly turned off with lack of mini butter and cream cheese.
