'Great location, friendly staff, clean room.'

'Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked.'

'Could not get code to work on door, texted staff with no response. After numerous attempts I was able to test keypad and input code to open door. After that code worked every time. TV would not work, no internet connection. I had to use my phone for hotspot. Coffee maker does not work! Tried 3 times and had to clean up 3 messes. Gave up and was going to leave a note, but did not have a pen. Location felt safe and close to everything!'

'A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!'

'Room was clean but AC so hot so couldnt sleep. We booked the room with sofa bed but didnt get sofabed because expedia oversold the room So we paid more for nothing Got free breakfast instead and told us breakfast ends at 9am. But no more food at 8.30am.'

'The breakfast was mediocre at best. I was surprised to find out that parking in the garage was $45 per night. We would have stayed longer but there was no other choice in parking. The room and facility was immaculate.'

'Pros: cheap. The room itself was clean, but poorly maintained. Conveniently located to downtown. Really nice coffee shop a block away called Sapor. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked quite well. Cons: people smoking meth right outside the front door. No joke. Parking can be challenging. Checked out a day early, was not able to get even a partial refund. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread to toast, some muffins, and cereal. The orange juice dispenser dispensed...

'Great place hidden gem only thing is navigating to find the unit Rooftop access !! restaurant and brewery and coffee shop right next to it ! Great place I will different rent this place again !! '
