'This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. 'Honest review- this townhome is ok. There were several things that brought rating down for me. No umbrella as advertised on roof deck made it nearly unusable in sun/heat. Rooftop furniture is uncomfortable and missing cushions. NO BBQ grill which is simply unacceptable. Gas fire pit is listed as not a real option which I find cheap. 'The space was not clean when we arrived, more specifically the shower had hair all over it. It's a decent amount of space. I really liked that there were two full bathrooms. The location is great and the host communicated in a reasonable amount of time. There are multiple rented spaces in the house which removed any sense of privacy. There are better rentals in the area with similar pieces.'

'This stay was great. Communication, the place, the view, the location (close to everything), it somehow felt private while you were there. You are right in the highway but it was quiet except for deliberately obnoxious trucks/cars. I would think you'd deal with this anywhere. We brought a Sierra Denali EV (very long truck).
