'Loved staying here mostly because it is on a lake that is a birding hotspot. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big. Our room had a patio overlooking the lake. Lots of birds. Scenic. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. They are remodeling so can’t wait to see the new look. Breakfast is OK. Nearby lots of restaurants and shopping and the National Park. '

'The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay....

'I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!'

'So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. The breakfast was soooo good! We were there for AAU games so we had a bunch of boys with...
