'The manager was wonderful extremely professional and attentive. If I could tweak anything it would be the breakfast.....the bread could have been softer and fresher as well as having the butter spreadable. I would have loved option of cream instead of the powdered creamer offered. Overall my stay was decent....that was because of the manager. Thank you!'

'Parking was excellent, right up close to the entrance to our wing of the complex. A really quick response for extra towels for our second night. Bath fixtures were not so great. Ceiling above the tub had visible, brown water damage. The tub filler spout was loose. The chrome towel bar had significant rust damage. The tub/toilet area was uncomfortably cramped for space for opening the door or drying off after bathing.'

'Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty.'

'First room was put in the toilet looked like something out of horror movie that hadn’t been cleaned in years. Checked bed to see stains and boogers on it. Got moved to another room which was ok but only had one towel in it which pretty sure was the floor mat so you don’t slide getting out the shower. Asked for some more towels and another pillow told they didn’t have either. People next to us started fighting at 1 am went to call front desk room phone didn’t work so had to call on cell phone...

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Was a good stay but could tell someone had been in my room before I got there and left a hand towel on the bed.'
