'The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!'

'The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...
