'Casino staff were all so friendly and made our time here delightful.'

'This was my thrid stay, and it was the second time that I asked for cleaning of the room the day before, and it wasn't cleaned when i was out for the day. But the manager (Lily) was very helpful and calmed me down. Didn't understand why this happened to me twice. No communication between housekeeping staff and front desk? Otherwise, I had a great stay.'
