'Very nice to arrive to a clean and quiet room after a full day of travel. Front desk staff were friendly and outgoing, and got us checked in quickly (which we were grateful for with the late hour). He even gave us a bag of milk bones for our dog, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast options were quite decent, but my one criticism is that the coffee was not great.'

'The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. You could tell there had been some recent renovations. However there was no one to man the front desk. You had to call for service and the person who came could not speak English so communication was difficult. Our room was also near the front door and every time someone walked in the door you could hear the bell ring which kept us up most of the night. The toilet also ran all night because it leaked.'

'Compared to a couple of other motels, we have previously stayed in in that neighborhood, Microtel had Better beds and breakfast. Pillows and linens were excellent, breakfast included an omelette maker with all the fixings. Our double room actually had two TVs and a large mini fridge.'
