'Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.'

'Seamless check- in. I received updates from time of booking until I walked into the door to be sure we had everything set. As a mom of six it was the perfect “fairytale”. Once upon a gem is located near a park with a field perfect for kickball, relay, or frisbee. The kitchens are equipped with settings for more than 15. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and themes adorable. The level of comfort provided by the bedrooms- best “beauty” sleep ever. You see the pictures but they don’t capture...
