'I arrived in 90+ degree weather. Upon arrival they demanded additional " rates fees and deposites" they also informed me they have a zero animal policy after I inquire about emotional support animals. I was asked to leave the premises after that. Bear in mind I did not have my service animals with me at the time. Also, I believe he started swearing as well as he said mader and something undeciphrable. I am sure mader is mother. Terrible excuse for humans'

'Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

'Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels.'

'Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had...
