The Space:

Designed to make the most of its elevated North Avoca setting, Glendalough pairs floor-to-ceiling glass and sweeping coastal outlooks with warm recycled Blackbutt floors and generous spaces for gathering or unwinding. Ocean views extend across the main rooms, both covered decks and the primary suite.



The upper level is centred on an open entertaining area, while the lower level provides an additional living space - particularly useful for multigenerational families or groups wanting room to spread out. Two expansive covered decks create an easy indoor-outdoor flow for morning coffee, long lunches or evening drinks overlooking the coastline, and the level grassed yard adds rare flat outdoor space with an ocean outlook.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must provide a digital copy of ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form.



A refundable $2,000 security bond is required for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within 7 days of departure provided there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure check-in form and are encrypted and processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Coast Hosting complies with strict privacy laws; card details are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.
