'Place was very clean, only problem is that it is inside of a trucking yard. Trucks, tow trucks and moving vans were constantly coming in and out, there were men standing by the stairs throughout the day which made it very uncomfortable to come in and out. Very noisy! We could never connect to WIFI , it would connect for a couple seconds then disconnect. '

'The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!'

'Access was easy, but there is no futon in the unit. It is (1) bed and (1) couch with an autumn that made the couch more “bed like”. My friend had a rough nights sleep.'

'Everything I needed for a quick trip even toiletries and a hairdryer. Conveniently located close tot he airport. Clean and bed was very comfy.'

'This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.'

'Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Bungalow. Property was very clean and everything a family needed for a 3 day stay was right there! We frequent Houston as a family quite often and this will probably be our go to location/property.'
