'The property was perfect. Having stayed in Park Circle previously, we knew we wanted to be somewhere near all the action and great restaurants.The accommodations were perfect for us two. It was extremely quiet, and didn't hear much from the outside. It was a very quiet neighborhood.The beds were super comfy and roomy, and thebedroom curtains were blackout so you never knew what time it was. 'Clean & cozy space! Very quaint just what we needed. Overall a lovely stay! The bed was very comfortable. My friend & I had plenty of space. Unfortunately got locked out during our stay, however our Host was very responsive & helpful. She helped resolve our issue very swiftly. Upon arrival our parking situation was a little confusing & I didn't expect to park our car in mud/sand underneath a tree. '

'We booked this place because of the price and convenience to the Charleston area. As soon as we turned in the driveway there were people walking all around the house and sitting outside in groups playing cards and watching us unload. Sketchy feel. We couldn’t get the door to work (our fault) and I called the property owner. She was VERY NICE and understanding of our mistake. The inside of the house is very clean and comfortable. '

About 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and around 20-25 from beaches (Isle of Palms was wonderful) 100% would recommend staying here to any of my friends.'

'This property offers an excellent location, convenient access to various retail establishments, dining options, and downtown areas. The beach is also easily accessible by a short drive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this property with an excellent host with great communication to tenants and anticipate a future return to this property!'

'Stay Duvet was super responsive to anything that came up which were super minor things with the internet. They checked in on us day of check in, day of check out to see if we needed anything. Space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no TVs in the bedrooms as I’m someone that prefers to sleep with the TV on but the listing didn’t say there were TVs in bedrooms so that’s on me. Would definitely stay there again. '

'The property is located in a less than desirable neighborhood, and we didn’t feel very safe. The vegetation in the yard was overgrown. There were 4 trash cans that were full right by the parking area in the yard. There was no easy access to the patio in the back of the house that was pictured, which were wouldn’t have used anyway because of the neighborhood. 'This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston.'

'The house was great. The only reason I gave it four stars in the “online listing” listing is because of the kitchen. It does state that it’s a kitchenette but including explicit verbiage in the actual listing that it does NOT include a stove or oven and it only has a tiny microwave would have been helpful. We probably still would have stayed there but it would have been nice to know in advance. The location is not the best part of town but we didn’t feel unsafe. '
