'I was disappointed with my one-night stay at Hyatt Place. I checked in late in the afternoon, grabbed something to eat, and went to my room because I had to wake up at 5:45 a.m. the next morning to be at a college orientation by 7:00 a.m. When I got ready to shower around 10:00 p.m., I discovered that the shower barely had any water pressure. I called the front desk and spoke with the manager, who explained that there was no maintenance staff on the property that night. She offered to move me...

'The rooms were clean, but they had no closets with the extra pillows and blankets. There was only one ice machine on the lobby. It smelled like sewage back up in the lobby and the hallway to the room smelled sour, not fresh. The tub was dirty.the fridge was leaking, u name it. They need an upgrade really bad. I won’t go back!'
