Dit is een op maat gebouwd studio-appartement boven gelegen in het noordelijke deel van Charleston, een platonische, residentiële, niet-schilderachtige buurt. -20 minuten rijden naar het historische gedeelte van het centrum van Charleston en 20-30 minuten rijden naar de stranden, 5 minuten rijden naar het congrescentrum en het Colosseum, en 10 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven. Geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen, geen huisdieren, (en het kan me niet schelen wat u rookt)> NIET ROKEN BINNEN !! Studio is uitgerust met, queensize bed, hardhouten vloeren, granieten toonbanken, bad met douche, volledige keuken, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, kookgerei, 30-inch flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler, kabel-tv, WIFI lederen loveseat, wasmachine en droger , Waszeep, stoffen lakens
Handdoeken, lakens, beddengoed, stereo, centrale verwarming en lucht, internettoegang, buitenbank op het dek voor iedereen die wil roken, buiten overdekte parkeerplaats. Het uitzicht is residentieel, niets bijzonders, maar voor de lage prijs is deze studio waarschijnlijk een van de beste aanbiedingen in Charleston. Het is heel moeilijk om aan ieders voorkeuren met betrekking tot contactadvertenties te voldoen, ik lever geen contactadvertenties zoals lichaamszeep, tandpasta, shampoo, scheermes, neem gerust contact met me op via de lijst met sites, en ik zal proberen eventuele vragen te beantwoorden. Like the many other reviewers before us, which is how we chose this property, we had an excellent stay at Tony's studio apartment. When we walked in, we were immediately charmed by how clean and tidy everything was. It was the perfect space for the two of us. Though this is described as a studio, there are several rooms--the living room/bedroom are the main room, and it's a large space. There's also a full kitchen with a small table, a bathroom with a tub/shower (and the shower has terrific water pressure) and a small bonus room with a dresser and washer/dryer, plus lots of empty floor space. (we kept our open suitcases in here). It was amazing to be able to throw a load of laundry in before we headed home, so we arrived home with clean laundry instead of dirty clothes. Having a full fridge--and ice maker--meant we could store some snacks and leftovers. We also had the opportunity to have a conversation with Tony, who owns multiple properties in the area, is the neighborhood president and feeds the neighborhood cats (several of which were very sweet and greeted us as we left or arrived each day). I would say the only two downsides someone may want to consider is that this is a second floor property and the stairs up are tilted slightly but in a way that may feel precarious to those with balance issues. This studio also isn't absolutely dark at night but actually gets a fair amount of light coming in via the window over the door. Just pack your eye masks!

Lovely stay

We have stayed at many VRBO places and this was the best one yet. Tony is a terrific host. The little details that he thought of shows that he truly cares and wants guests to enjoy their stay from the second you walk through the door. The first impression when we pulled up was a bit questionable but as soon as we walked in we knew we found a little gem. Tony had soft music playing, dim lighting and little chimes playing along with snacks everywhere. My husband is a smoker and he really appreciated the bench with an ashtray and even a lighter. I know that seems like a small thing but it was all the little things that made our stay so great. The apartment is beautiful. You can tell he has put a lot of work into it and he has done an exceptional job. We will definitely be back when we come to Charleston again. Thank young, Tony, for making our stay amazing and pampering us. You rock!!

Nice, Quiet Stay.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding in Mt. Pleasant and let me just start by saying this was perfectly located between Mr. Pleasant and the night life of Charleston. A short 20 minute drive to both locations. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There was some very nice amenities like a circulating fan, some chocolates and snacks, and even a bottle of wine on the table. Truly above and beyond. And for the price we paid, we saved 800 over a local hotel the rest of the wedding guests were staying at.We will return if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for an inexpensive, but welcoming option!

Hidden Gem in Charleston

My wife and I stayed at this property whike vising for a concert. All of the reviews are accurate. Lovely little spot. Tony is amazing. He goes above and beyond with every detail. Amazing Hidden Gem

All I can say is fleeing from hurricane Milton from Tampa, FL was a stressful, anxious, cataclysmic event that lead us to drive thru the night to come to South Carolina and found ourselves at Tony's stay. As a chef, a veteran of restaurants and worked in the hospitality field for almost 30 years, you can tell alot of effort and attention was put into this space. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and gave us a nugget of piece in a very chaotic time. Highly recommend any one of Tony's properties or working with him as a host in the future. God bless you Tony!
