'The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.'

'The property was very close to downtown and very convenient. We were traveling for work and were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit along with the location…. Thanks'
