Charmant Cape Style huis in de buurt van Amazing Sunset Beach

Deze retraite met 5 slaapkamers in Kaapse stijl ligt in het best bewaarde geheim van Cape Cod, North Falmouth. U geniet van een open woonkamer met hardhouten vloeren en een bijgewerkte keuken met granieten aanrecht, Keurig koffiezetapparaat. Beneden beschikt over 1. 5 badkamers, ruime eethoek en toegang tot twee achterdekken! Geniet van barbecues en eet buiten op het hoofddek van de achter- / zijklep. De master suite beschikt over dubbele wastafels, een inloopkast en schuifdeuren naar uw eigen buitenste achterdek. Boven zijn nog 4 gezellige slaapkamers en een complete badkamer met ligbad.

Gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met een unieke privé, ruime achtertuin, bent u op loopafstand van Megansett Beach en zijn prachtige zonsondergangen! Ook op loopafstand: het Shining Sea fietspad met verbazingwekkend mooie uitzichten over de oceaan en het moerasgebied naar Woods Hole (en de lokale fietsenverhuurwinkel). Loop over het beboste pad naar Dunkin op minder dan een kilometer afstand, of geniet van een langere wandeling of rit naar de beste koffiewinkel van de Kaap, The Daily Brew. Maak een korte autorit een 1/2 mijl afstand naar het meest wenselijke strand van de Kaap, het oude zilver. Je bent ook een korte rit naar het centrum van Falmouth winkels en restaurants. Je zult een korte wandeling maken naar Holy Cow-ijs, Epic Oyster restaurant, de N. Falmouth Library and playground.

Mis niet onze eigen buitendouche, wi-fi, 2 gloednieuwe flatscreen-tv's, wasmachine / droger en ja .. airconditioning! :)

This home was a great space for our group. A good amount of room and nice location. There was only one roll of paper towels and no toilet paper outside of the half roll provided, and no trash bags so there were things we needed to go out and get, just for future guests to be aware of. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was quick with communication and accommodating.

Everything was great. Plenty of room for the seven of us. House was stocked well including beach towels. Beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space in front and back of house. There were several good restaurants nearby and great ice cream a short walk with mini golf and bumper boats. The closest beach was less than 5 minute drive. It was a wonderful vacation at this great family house!

Gorgeous Renovated Home in a Prime Location – Perfect for Families!We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated home! The layout and design are modern, tasteful, and incredibly comfortable. Our group included 6 adults, 3 kids, and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location was unbeatable—just a short drive to several local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was easily the most convenient vacation we’ve had in years. One of our favorite parts was the quick walk to Dunkin’ each morning—coffee for the adults and donuts for the kids!The backyard with gas fire pit was a great bonus for outdoor time, and the outdoor shower was heavenly. The hosts also provided all linens and towels, which made packing so much easier.If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and family-friendly home in a perfect location, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

North Falmouth Gem!

Warm and Inviting Home

We have rented this home twice this year; once in August and again in November. The home is wonderful for a multi generation family. During our summer stay we were delighted to find out there were pickleball courts within walking distance! We were glad we could rent again on short notice in November in order to attend a funeral. The familiarity of the house was great for our small grandchildren.The home is warm and inviting and in a great location and very clean. We enjoyed staying in it.

This was a great property for our trip, clean and comfortable. A few suggestions: the upstairs shower is VERY slow to drain. Each bedroom needs a mirror so we could fix hair while another showers. The bathrooms/ bathrooms need hooks or towel racks. Thank you for having us.

Cleaner and certainly cozier than any hotel--a relaxed coastal at home vibe. Everything you'd want or need, including the beach, is in quick driving distance. A perfectly appointed kitchen and back deck... This house, and the family that owns it, is completely recommendable.

Weekend Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in June and could not have imagined a better property. The house is close to local coffee shops, beaches, and only a quick trip downtown, perfect for our girls weekend. The home was very easy to check in to, clean, and had plenty of space and then some for the 8 of us who stayed there. We especially loved the outdoor space, and the availability of multiple bathrooms. Bill was also a wonderful host. He left a binder with house policies and close out procedures, recommendations for food and drink, and instructions for all the technology in the house. He was also quick to respond when we realized we had left behind ice packs in the freezer, and was very accommodating and allowed us to make a quick return to retrieve them. Our group had a fantastic stay in Falmouth, and we would recommend this home for anyone looking for a group getaway or family stay!

Several issues

Upon entering the property we discovered all the towels and linens were used and on a pile in the laundry room. Reached out to the owner who was surprised the cleaning people hadn’t done them. We washed and dried everything ourselves. When we had trouble regulating the heat (the house grew very cold as the sun set the second night) we reached out to the owner but never heard back. The house is very pretty but a poorly draining second floor tub, very low toilets (we’re five women in our 60’s and 70’s), kitchen chairs that are ready to break, not being able to adjust the heat, and not hearing back from the owner to address it made us agree this isn’t a property we’d recommend.
