'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'

'Room was clean and quiet. Kitchen was good. The pool and bikes were a nice addition. Quiet location close to the beach. Few nice restaurants within walking distance. '

'Valet is trash!!!! Beautiful hotel, outside the parking lot; waiting 40 minutes for the valet to bring your car around, and you can’t wait in your room while they grab the car is completely unacceptable.'
