'This was an excellent location to facilitate our 30th birthday celebration with friends. We were most appreciative of the host’s promptness in addressing a hiccup with the water supply that happened. This ended up having 0 impact on our event due to how quickly they responded and sent out a plumber. There was so much space and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! '

'The house is old but looks newly painted inside. It boasts a good size kitchen, dining room and 4 double bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom if someone can’t walk the stairs. We used the screened side porch a lot and the hot tub every night. The only thing needed to enjoy outside hot tub are lights for the stairs to the deck. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from Charlottesville. '
