'This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!'

'I was extremely disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia. The hotel staff was rude, dismissive, and not helpful when I brought up concerns about the condition of the room. The room itself was gross—there were obvious cobwebs, peeling walls, and the bathroom was disgusting. I reached out to Expedia multiple times trying to get the situation resolved, but they would not provide a refund or even a credit. I expected much better customer service, especially when the hotel clearly did not meet...
