She didn’t give us any information about roomservice, room cleaning, and other information we needed to know. However her co-worker treated other customers good with descent information and a warm welcome. The hotel room had mould in the extractor hood in the bathroom. And we had some problems because there was a small leakage from where the water from the shower went to the toilet (ground). You can only take 1 bus from nearby the hotel. This bus is scheduled for 1 in a hour. The other options given in google maps are not correct, because you cant’t trespass the trainrails. Some good things: the view over the skyline New York was amazing and you could spot the planes very often. "

"Er is absoluut geen mogelijkheid om met ov te reizen naar NY city. Alles wordt met uber of lyft gedaan. Ga zeker uit van een retour van €110 euro per dag. Daarom beter om een hotel te nemen in de buurt van NY city. Kost je ook minder tijd. Het duurt minimaal een half uur om er te komen. Wasmachine werkt met app die voor ons niet werkte. Minimale hulp gekregen van het hotel super jammer. Schoonmaak is prima. "

"Het was heel handig dat bus 158 dichtbij het hotel stopte. Zo kwam je makkelijk met ov in Manhattan. Madeleine (9e etage) verdient een grote pluim. Heel veel waardering voor haar❤️ "

"Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. "
