Strandhotels in North Jersey

'Tijdens verblijf was er brandalarm waarna we met schrik 11 etages naar beneden zijn gelopen om te ontdekken dat er geen brand was maar een technisch defect Vervolgens viel het water weg waardoor we het toilet niet konden gebruiken. De volgende ochtend lag er wel een excuusbrief op de mat, maar de communicatie had wel iets beter gekund In het hotel was een feest aan de gang waarbij een aantal bezoekers stomdronken door de gangen gingen De volgende ochtend was er geen tafel voor ontbijt omdat...

'The hotel was great! The staff was helpful, plenty of parking space and fine rooms. Some how there seemed to be a strange vibe during breakfast and entering the highway upfront felt impossible. Besides that, with the price point it seemed fair!'

'We wanten to eat our selfbought diner and we could eat it in the lobby, it was no problem. Also we wanted a fan, that wasn’t a problem also. Our airco was broken and they moved us to another available room. Our toilet wasn’t flushing in the middle of the night and they sent Some-one rightaway. All the employees were very friendly and helpfull.'

'I lost my wallet and PRE-PAID the whole accommodation but the deposit was difficult to pay since no physical card with me so after 20 hours of traveling This guy didn't even want to help me on the deposit or how can we do it? with a payment autorhization maybe? the POOREST customer service EVER and I've been ALL over the world.
