'When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. 'I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. 'When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.'
