'Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. Plenty of room for the two of us and our small dogs. There are a couple of nice grass areas to walk them around. And we found several nice trails to walk not too far away. Communication with the host was excellent and always very responsive. The check in and out process was simple. We are very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we make it back this way someday.'

'I stayed here for about three weeks and felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was friendly, respectful, and available whenever I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Thank you for your hospitality! '

'Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great.'

'I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!'

'Great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet residential neighborhood location. The unit was clean and well-furnished. Would stay here again!'

'Like I said in my other review is a nice place clean lots of yard space and good location the only other thing was the air condition unit that they have in the apartment seem like it wasn't worked properly it would not blow out cold air but the room air only even though I had it on the air condition setting and then everything else I named in my last review'

'Jay is an amazing host. The property was clean, nice and area was good. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. The yard was clean. It was an overall 10 for me'

'It was a wonderful stay!!! The only issue we had with getting into the house but the owner was very helpful would absolutely stay again'

'While everything was fine until check in, we noticed the house had mold in the windows and there was a persistent beeping noise coming from within the owners closet that was locked in the basement bedroom. The beeping noise was loud enough traveled through the house. I reached out to the host asking for help and he didn’t respond until after we had checked out. We couldn’t use basement bedroom and heard beeping throughout the night. Do not recommend.'

'Amazing'
