'We chose this property because of it's location between Indianapolis and Chicago, as half our group was coming from each city. The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.'

'We stayed at this lakeside cottage for five days and overall had a good time. The cottage itself was cozy and clean, with three bedrooms that comfortably fit our group of six. The outdoor space was definitely a highlight — plenty of room to relax, soak up the sunshine, and take in the beautiful lake view.Unfortunately, the lake was quite full of algae during our stay, which made it unsuitable for swimming or fishing. 'We enjoyed our stay, each of our families had our own room, and we were a short walk away from the lake. The only issue we had was during Checkin, there didnt appear to be a checkin list with address, codes etc. Justin was very quick with responding once we reached out.'

'The host provided a lot of nice special touches: fresh flowera in a vase, yoga, mats, gumball machines, games, etc. It made it very easy to slip in to this world and enjoy a weekend with virtually no chance of boredom. Any time we asked ourselves where can we find "x", there was a note in the house manual or a printed direction taped to the wall. I lost count of how many times we said, " They thought of everything"! '

'The property is the gem here. Beautiful grounds that I walked every morning. Gorgeous river setting. I sat on the tree swing everyday reading and listening to the many birds and the wind in the trees. So peaceful and relaxing. It’s a quick drive into Culver for nearby restaurants and groceries. Lovely to drive the back roads. The house is dated as expected but very clean and comfortable beds. The weather was super hot and humid but the AC kept us cool. 'The Boat House is super clean, comfortable and full of fun! Our family enjoyed the boat, fire pit, games, garage, bikes, ping pong, basketball and the golf cart! There was something for everyone! The kitchen is well stocked for meals in and the additional fridges in the garage were very helpful! Mat is very responsive and answered our questions very quickly! We would definitely stay again!'
