'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...

'When we booked our room online, all of the photos showed updated rooms with induction stoves. The room that was issued to us was completely inaccurate from the description online and the itinerary that I paid for. It was supposed to be oceanfront, the room smelled like marijuana smoke, the pull out couch did not have a cushion, a curtain rod were broken, the stove was outdated and did not work, the lights were flickering, and there was a lot of things that were completely different than the...

'Housekeeping could do better with cleaning the rooms. The floors were dirty and you can tell they didn't vacuum rug. The bathroom had standing water in the tub. I reported that the water was dripping as well.'

'Not 100% sure we were given the correct room as I’m fairly certain I booked an efficiency room but I couldn’t find anything that stated room type from my reservations. The parking building alone is enough to make me never stay here again, but on the last night of our stay we were greeted by a roach in the bathroom so we not return here. The hotel gathering area smelled amazing though. Breakfast was great every morning.'
