'The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. 'The accommodation was on a wonderful spot near the Disney Hollywood studio and you can travel by boat, it is good isolated we didn’t hear any traffic although our room was near the street at floor 1. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us very late in the middle of the night. The only thing we would suggest that the pillows are very thick and hard and there are only blankets on the bed so for me that was a little bit chilly and we put off the airco to be a bit warmer.'
