'The hotel was overbooked and of course was not very helpful due to our booking being through Expedia instead of directly though them. My wife and I weren’t able to find a new hotel until 3am. Terrible experience overall!'

'I did the reserve by expedía they was very explicit $167 total by night taxes included, but the hotel charged me 167+ taxes + parking($20) = $200'

'We had 2 rooms for 3 nights & neither room was ever touched by housekeeping.'

'We are thankful for the staff members! Breakfast was wonderful! They made it a lovely experience! We spent our honeymoon there and came back to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! Thank you Embassy at North Orlando! Me and my wife love this hotel!'
