'Very new! Construction still going on in the complex. Super cute place, comfy and well decorated! Great layout and plenty of space. We did not cook but kitchen appeared well stocked and beds are comfortable. We also didnt use the pool but it was a nice area. Little starter soaps are provided in case you forget yours. As an STR owner, a couple suggestions- have some soft throw blankets for lounging on the couch, provide a few beach towels and make sure the listing is clear that while pets are...
