'Was only one night but wish we could have stayed longer. I loved that it had the privacy of individual hotel rooms, but still a communal space of our own to share that a rental would provide. Best of both worlds'

'This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. The outdoor grounds are really the nicest of any place we’ve stayed. The pool, and the hot tub are spacious, and there is ample sun or shade, depending on the weather. The House comes with lots of inflatables to use in the pool, and an outdoor grill. Inside, the AV set up is great. The beds and linens are soft, clean and high quality, and the kitchen is extremely well-appointed. There are more towels than a family could ever use....

'Booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs for Spring Break and this house made the trip! Everyone from grandparents to kids loved it. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at and had plenty of entertainment from the arcade games to board games. The pool was fantastic and the additional grass area was nice. All beds were large and extremely comfortable. House layout made it easy so the grandparents could have some separation from the kids. 'We stayed for a week and had a grand old time. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly well appointed with very nice kitchen and bath tools. We ate in more than once bc it was such a nice setting. We ate by the pool one night and the other we were in our private patio with the hot tub which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We walked into downtown Palm Springs without 20 minutes. The hiking is a 10 minute walk (saw a rattle snake!—low point of the trip, YUCK!)....

Owner reimbursed us for items not in home or in need of replacement as we were there for 28 days. Cleaned the front door and screens due to the build up of sand and dirt causing an odor. 'Eric's Joshua Tree West Casa is such a perfect place for us to stay while visiting Joshua Tree NP. It's located in a nice neighborhood very close to the west entrance. The house is clean, well maintained, and equipped with more than everything we need.'
