'Absolutely loved our stay at this incredible property on the Penobscot River. The location was unbeatable—peaceful, remote, and quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown Millinocket. The house had everything we needed and more, but it was the outdoor space that really set it apart. 'Great house to use as a basecamp for our adventures'

'We enjoyed it very much. It was a great fit for our extended family. 6 adults 3 kids, 10, 7, and 5. Kids enjoyed the small town, the beach and playground with extremely walking distance to the home. We hit it just right for the Loon Festival with a great parade and fireworks. The kids also enjoyed jumping off the small dock, while the adult loved the outdoor area in the evenings!'

'We had six adults on an eclipse trip and needed a big place. This house could use a little work here and there (cracked window) but is roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. Great value for a reasonable price.'

'Incredible! Had a wonderful stay visiting family in the area. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. Very spacious, amazingly clean and non-cluttered. Our visit coincided with a heat wave (90) and when we arrived was such a pleasure to walk in greeted by cool air from 2 mini-split AC units. Not typically needed in the northern woods of Maine, but quite welcome during this visit. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to booking again in the future!'

'Amazing property at a pristine location overlooking the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially helping us out when there was an unexpected snow storm that led to power outage. Brought us over buckets and flashlights and offered us to move to another property. We loved this property so much that we decided to stay on. Cannot recommend this property and Kim and Renee enough. Would love to visit again'
