'This was our second stay at this magical property! We were there for a long weekend with adult kids and one high schooler. Everyone had had a bit of a stressful Fall and the home in its gorgeous was the cure for what ailed us. Gorgeous, super fun, creatively designed house with some of the best views I've seen anywhere, even on gray days. Convenient to lots of great hiking and mountain biking as well as kayaking/canoeing and (for the hardier souls) swimming. Highly recommend!'

Close enough to the beautiful town of Lincoln, for shopping. We even stayed an extra day beyond our original departure date. The host is very accommodating and replies quickly.'

'Beautiful home with all the amenities you need to visit this area. Parking is an issue with a group people as you share a driveway with the neighbor. Definitely not a snowmobile destination if you want to access trails from where you stay.'

'We, 5 adults, 4 kiddos, and 2 dogs, had such a lovely winter stay! The property is perfectly located on a pond perfect for ice fishing, or just enjoying the view, and the house was pristinely clean and very spacious inside. The beds were all VERY cozy, the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking & baking supplies we needed to make meals to enjoy in the sun-filled main floor. Sun & snow Maine winter perfection! 'Property was great. FYI the one of the pictures makes it look like the river runs right to lawn but there is a steep incline to access river which if I had known I wouldn’t have brought my kayak. Otherwise the pictures are good representation of the property.'

'It was a bit too close to a main road so road noise could be heard, particularly when sitting on the porch. There is no handrail up to the bedroom and the steps are rather steep and dark...not a good set up for older patrons or those with mobility issues. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and a nice area to easily walk the dogs outside. The setting is very pretty on a river and canoes and kayaks are available to use.'
