Whether you`re on vacation or have a trip, we believe a great place to stay is a half of the experience. Easy access from Badger road and just 5 mins away from the Santa Claus House. We have a single house in the woods on the private 1 acre yard. There is a playground in the backyard to entertain your kids. During the summer time we set a hammock and a porch swing. We have a cozy deck with a pellet BBQ grill.

We did our best to equip the house with everything you may need for comfort and leisure: cozy blankets, board games, books, air hockey and video arcade games.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms. A full equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Coffee brew, laundry room. Game room has a TV, a full size air hockey table and 2 Arcade machines! Two bedrooms equipped with TVs. The house has 3 Nest thermostats to control comfort temperature.

Please note this property is located in North Pole, AK. North Pole is notoriously known for hard water, and while we do everything in our power to combat and remedy this, our water can have a hard water smell coming from it. Please be assured it is safe, it can just sometimes emit a hard water smell. Please take this into account before booking with us.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 91-180 nights would be $1000, 181-270 nights would be $1250, and 271-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
NO PETS! We love pets but we don’t allow pets in our house!
NO SMOKING and VAPING indoors! $500 fine will be incurred if there has been smoking or vaping in house.
“NO SHOES” We kindly ask you to remove your shoes while you live in the house. You can store it in the arctic entry or in the living room to keep it warm.
NO PARTIES No more than the authorized number of guests in the house!
