'Todo estuvo bn excepto que el último día se nos acabó el agua pero la señora lo solucionó rápido y había un olor raro en las toallas pero de resto Todo bn'

'Nice place off the beaten path. But close to Fairbanks. Has all you need, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer.'

'This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.'

'Nice location, right outside of town'

'Nice stay! Spacious apartment. Clean and with disposable cutlery, which in our opinion is more hygenic. Especially since there is no dishwasher. Communication with host was quick and friendly. On walking distance from downtown (15 minutes). Also some restaurants on walking distance. The host asked guest to keep noise level low, since the house has more apartments. In our case that worked very well. Wifi and TV worked perfect. Over all, we had a very pleasant stay. Really can recommend this...

'Great property and great host.'

'After one of the most frustrating 2 travel days we have ever had, this place was a breath of fresh air. What was supposed to be a 12 hr travel day turned into a 36 hour “adventure” which meant we missed our entire first day in Fairbanks. The owners were very responsive and even credited us back a portion of our fees. The place is cute as a button and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Alaska!'

'I would not concider this a luxury property. It was adiquate or our needs but nothing special. This property was difficult for a person with balance issues to enter. Would have been helpful to know that it was a 2 storyDuplex home. It was convientent to where we were going during our stay and shopping was close.'

'Great place to stay'

'I have rented before just a different apartment. This basement one was very damp. I tried to turn the heat up but everything just had a wet/damp feeling. '

'I'd stay here again, but I can't give it 5 stars. There were minor issues that seemed easily avoidable, but overall nothing impacted the quality of our stay. The host was very responsive. I'd give a 5 star review for that. '
