'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'room 601 was an amazing corner suite with views of the casino and waterfront. walkable hotel to halifax boardwalk, casino, citadel and other great historic halifax attractions. parking available for $30/night in a parking garage next to the hotel. the pool however did not have a shower/washroom or a hot tub but great clean water.'
