'Host took 1 hr each time to respond when a question was asked. Only reason we rented house was for the heated pool and it didn’t work. Maintenance also entered house without us knowing to get a tablet left behind from previous guest. '

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Emily Morgan was a very nice hotel. I did not get a chance to check out the breakfast. But I heard from a few other guests that it was great.
