'Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel.de mooie en goed uitgeruste kamer verraste ons. Wat een prachtig uitzicht en wat een fijn bed. Van het hotel een fles bubbels gekregen. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en gebruik gemaakt van een aanbieding. Uitstekende kwaliteit, heerlijk. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend.'

'4 sterren hotel in een 5 sterren hotel jasje. Alles dichtbij, supergrote kamer, prachtige inloop douche (mooie tegels) ,heel veel ruimte en het belangrijkste: usb poorten bij het bed dan hoef je die Australische stekker niet te gebruiken.'

'Kali the manager, is very considerate of guests and has been extremely helpful when I needed to make an unexpected change regarding our stay. All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional. The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. 'Considering its proximity to the city centre this hotel was a great find. It’s got the old house vibes but with modern finishes (i can’t explain well but it feels just right). The staff is equally amazing. I may have had some minor issues but they did their best to help out. Fair warning - don’t leave your room card in the room at night because if you do - you gonna have to wait till the morning (no staff at night).
