'Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Hotel Stay – Room 217 Dear Hotel Management, We are writing to express our serious dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel from August 27th through August 29th, 2026, in Room 217. Unfortunately, our stay was far below what we expected, primarily because we were not informed prior to our arrival that extensive remodeling and construction work was taking place at the hotel. Had we been made aware of the construction, we could have made...

'Great location! Close proximity to the city, but secluded in the mountain. Great place to stay for a series at PNC park.'

'We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.'

'The house was very cool place - lots of interesting touches, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions, which was very important regarding the parking. The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to PNC Park, the River Trail and other landmarks. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!!'

'The parking was easy, the rooms were clean, the area was safe and the building was secure, the amenities were nice, and the host was very responsive.'

'Great apartment with good size living room and bedrooms. Easy walk to ballpark and several good restaurants and bars. Nice touch with coffee available.'

'Enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect and in walking distance to anything you would need or want to do.'

'House was clean and spacious. Location is definitely a plus as there are many shops just outside and just a 1 mile walk from the convention center/downtown area. Communication was very quick and I had no problems checking in.'

'Good area, very walkable to Steelers game! We arrived and didn’t have the check in code, but host was communicative and able to help quick! 5/5 would recommend!'

'Old area where they are flipping the housing into multi-unit rentals. Place was clean and updated and had no issues. Not really a walk to things kinda area or place. You’d definitely need to keep your head on a swivel after about two blocks from this place if you walk. Was easy to drive in and out of this location. So the plus is you can access downtown or anywhere else pretty easily. Decent place to stay if in town for work.'
