'When we arrived none of the 3 phones worked asked for them to be fixed all they did was switch the 2 in the room the one in the bathroom (handicapped room) didnt work, a glass cup was filled with sugar and empty sugar packet, air conditioner leaked couldn't put anything on the ground within 2 ft of it or it got wet. Couldn't have the bathtub all the way on either shower or tub. Empty tissue holder in the wall had dirty qtips in it. Housekeeping took dirty towels didn't replace with clean, Body...
