'We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them. 'They don’t even have microwaves in the rooms. It was so overly crowded all the time and you have to wait in lines just to check in and check out.'

'Let me start by saying, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone from valet to front desk to the restaurant (especially, Migel) and the wonderful manager (who's name I don't recall) were phenomenal! Kudos to each of them for being friendly, professional and going above and beyond the call of duty. 'The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice.'
