'The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.'

'The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were all very well cleaned, so we felt very comfortable and reassured. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We briefly met our host, he was friendly and welcoming. I have only two thoughts on improvements to the suite:a) possibly turn the water heat down a notch. I love lots of hot water as a rule, but we all kept being unexpectedly scalded when washing/doing dishes. It could be a safety issue with small children.b) possibly replace the synthetic sheets...

'Clean, nice towels, comfortable bed. Everything easy to operate. Good coffee maker made mornings!'
