'The property was a multi-family home and I had to walk around the property in the grass to use the back door because the property was essentially a basement that they had locked off from the rest of the building. The bed count is misleading. Single person lounger chairs were counted as twin size beds. I had to book an additional property because we could not fit the maximum number of people advertised by the host.'
