'Lovely 4th floor condo with excellent view of ocean. Very pleasant beach decor. Very clean and comfortable. We love this location with our food favs (Thai Buddha, Mellow Mushroom pizza) just a few blocks away, and not much more of a walk north to the natural foods grocery or south to JAX Beach pier and shops. We expect to return, even though the elevator was out during our 6-day stay -- ok for us, but could be an issue for others. Kitchenware was more than adequate, but note that this unit did...

'Terrific location, on the beach; handy to downtown Fernandina Beach, Publix, restaurants. Walked the beach daily. Enjoyed the surf and the sound of waves crashing. Shelling was fun.Property was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Owners were easy to work with and helpful.'

'This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.'
