'The room has been renovated, but when they renovated the floor underneath, must not have been stable because the room is on the down slope, and there is a lot of soft spots in the floor. 'So disappointed with the customer service regarding a double booking that was done as I was suffering from medical conditions. A resort with such high standards yet very poor customer support to meet halfway or even pay difference of rooms for new reservations. I asked to speak with general manager for resort and was unfortunately denied as I got no call back.
